These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of autofehlercheck.shop and your purchase of products from our store.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Unless expressly stated, compatibility with every vehicle, control unit, or diagnostic function is not guaranteed.

1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

After ordering, you may receive an automatic order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Estimated delivery to Germany is generally 5-14 business days unless a different estimate is displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather, strikes, public emergencies, or incorrect delivery information.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed delivery remain unaffected.

1. TRANSFER OF RISK

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally transfers when you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, different legal rules may apply.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in Germany and the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide appropriate instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or videos.

Automotive diagnostic products should be used carefully and only by persons who understand the relevant vehicle systems and procedures.

Before connecting, disconnecting, resetting, coding, calibrating, or modifying a vehicle system, review the instructions and confirm compatibility.

Do not use a diagnostic product while driving. Keep the vehicle safely parked and follow all applicable safety procedures.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, or use with an incompatible vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

1. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for:
